| City of
Griffin – Solid Waste Department has
received a Department of Community Affairs Grant for
$550,000.00 to build a Recycling Center and purchase a
Recycling Truck. New Center shall be up and running in
the summer of 2008. We will update as progress begins in
the spring. |

to be recycled. Each Household uses more than 5 cordless
products, powered by rechargeable batteries. Please
contact us to drop off a rechargeable battery and cell
phone or assist us with collection of these products. |
